Standard warranty
Unless the signed contract states otherwise, MUJIU equipment includes a one-year warranty. Coverage, exclusions and remedies are confirmed for the selected model and configuration. Consumables, normal wear, unauthorized modification and damage caused by incorrect utilities or operation may be excluded.
Remote technical support
MUJIU provides online technical consultation and remote video guidance. Technical support requests receive an initial response within 24 hours, subject to time zone and the availability of fault details. Overseas on-site installation is not included unless it is expressly quoted and agreed.
Testing, packing and lead time
After an order, suitable sample testing and FAT can be performed on the machine built for delivery. Equipment is prepared for export wooden-case packing. Typical lead time is around 10 days for standard equipment and 15–20 days for customized equipment or compact lines, counted from deposit and technical confirmation.
Before requesting support
Please provide the machine identification, fault description, operating conditions, photos or video, alarm information and recent changes. This helps the technical team distinguish operation, utilities, consumables and component issues.
