Information we collect
When you submit an equipment inquiry, we collect the contact and project details you provide, including your name, country, email or WhatsApp number, material, package and target output. You may attach a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 8 MB. The source page, submission time and limited security data are recorded to handle the request and prevent abuse.
How we use inquiry information
We use your information to assess equipment suitability, prepare a configuration or quotation, respond to you and maintain the related business record. We do not sell inquiry data. Optional analytics does not receive the inquiry form fields.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in the website database. Uploaded inquiry images are stored privately and are available only to authorized staff handling inquiries or administering the system. Hosting and email providers may process the information needed to provide those services.
Analytics and source attribution
Optional analytics and persistent campaign attribution are enabled only after you accept analytics. Without that choice, the inquiry can still be submitted. The page where you submit the inquiry is retained to identify the equipment or topic you asked about.
International processing and your choices
MUJIU serves buyers in different countries, so inquiry handling and service providers may involve international processing. You may request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information by contacting [email protected]. Relevant legal obligations and the need to keep an ongoing business record may affect a deletion request.
