Can a general filling machine be used for pharmaceutical or sterile products?
General filling capability does not establish pharmaceutical or sterile suitability. A regulated application requires verified legal use, production environment, materials, validation, cleaning, calibration, documentation and destination requirements.
Can the voltage and frequency be configured for my country?
Many configurations can be prepared for destination voltage and frequency, but the exact power supply, phase, plug, control components and air requirement must be confirmed for the selected machine before production.
Can you test my material before shipment?
After an order, representative material and packages can be tested on the machine built for delivery when shipping and safety conditions allow. Test items and evidence should be agreed before FAT.
Do all MUJIU machines have CE documentation?
No certificate should be assumed to cover every model. CE documentation is provided only when the relevant manufacturer, model, standards, issuer and scope have been checked for the selected equipment.
How is the equipment packed for export?
Equipment is normally packed in an export wooden case. MUJIU can assist with export declaration and transport documents according to the shipment and trade term.
What information do you need to recommend a machine?
Please provide the product or material, bottle or package, dose range, target output, voltage and frequency, destination country and any required documentation. Photos, drawings or a small PDF can reduce follow-up questions.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The normal minimum order is one machine. A compact line can also be configured from the required process steps.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time is normally around 10 days for standard equipment and 15–20 days for customized equipment or compact lines. Counting begins after deposit and technical confirmation. The signed quotation controls the actual schedule.
What warranty and technical support do you provide?
Unless the contract states otherwise, the warranty baseline is one year. MUJIU provides online technical consultation, remote video guidance and spare-parts support. On-site overseas installation is only included when expressly quoted and agreed.
Which payment and trade terms are available?
T/T and Alibaba Trade Assurance are available where applicable. EXW, FOB and CIF are commonly discussed. DAP or DDP depends on the destination, product and logistics conditions and must be confirmed case by case.
