Quality starts with a confirmed requirement
Inspection cannot correct an unclear specification. Before production, the team confirms the material, filling or packing range, container, closure, target output, voltage, destination and required documents. Final acceptance criteria are written into the order or technical confirmation.
- Requirement reviewMaterial, container, output, utilities and destination.
- Configuration confirmationStandard components, options and interfaces.
- Production and incoming checksKey components and assembly against the confirmed configuration.
- Functional inspectionOperation, controls, safety functions and visible workmanship.
- FAT and sample testingPerformed after order on the actual delivery machine when suitable samples are available.
- Packing and handoverExport wooden case, agreed documents and remote guidance materials.
What the buyer should provide
Representative material and containers, caps or labels help make the test meaningful. If samples cannot be shipped, dimensions, drawings, photos and videos can support preliminary assessment, but may not replace a physical compatibility test.
Evidence and limits
Test conditions, material behavior and target output affect results. MUJIU does not publish an accuracy or speed claim without the applicable conditions. Certificate scope is confirmed by model and configuration; a document for one model is not presented as certification for every product.
