From our workshop to a customer in Kazakhstan
MUJIU produced and dispatched filling equipment for a customer in Kazakhstan. This project brings together the workshop and packing stages of the order: preparing the filling station, securing the equipment inside its wooden case, and closing the case for shipment.
For buyers planning a similar purchase, the equipment itself is only part of the conversation. Bottle access, handling space and the way the machine is supported during transport also deserve attention before dispatch.
1. Workshop preparation
At the filling station, an operator positions a bottle beneath the filling outlet alongside the conveyor. The enclosure, control panel and bottle guide rails are visible around the working area. This is where the relationship between the container, filling position and transfer path can be checked before packing.
2. Securing the equipment for transport
The open-case view shows protective wrapping, straps and support blocks around the machine. The wooden base supports the equipment, while the side panels form the shipping enclosure. The photograph also shows forklift access beneath the base for handling the packed unit.
3. Packed for dispatch to Kazakhstan
The completed package is marked with the MUJIU INDUSTRY name and a destination label for Kazakhstan. The case is closed and strapped for the next stage of transport.
