Start with the material and package
A small filler should be selected around viscosity, foaming, particles, temperature, filling range, container opening and cleaning needs—not only a headline speed. The useful starting point is a representative material and package.
Configuration path
- Confirm liquid or paste behavior and filling range.
- Confirm bottle, jar or container dimensions and opening.
- Set a realistic target output and operator involvement.
- Confirm contact materials, cleaning method and changeover expectation.
- Confirm voltage, frequency, air supply and destination requirements.

Typical boundaries
Actual speed and accuracy depend on the product, dose, pump or dosing principle, container handling and test conditions. A compact machine is not automatically suitable for sterile filling, hazardous areas or every food-contact requirement.
