How to use this solution
Confirm fit, boundary and acceptance before comparing equipment.
Application fit
Check whether the real material, package and operating conditions match this route.
Process boundary
Identify which stations, transfers, controls and operator steps are included or excluded.
Acceptance inputs
Agree the samples, test conditions, FAT evidence, documents and handover scope.
A compact line is an interface project
Individual machines only become a workable line when containers, controls, sensors, speed balance, change parts and operator tasks are coordinated. MUJIU starts with the production sequence and boundary of each station.
Core modules
A line may include container feeding, filling or dosing, cap placement and tightening, sealing, labeling, coding, inspection and conveying. Only modules included in the confirmed scope are supplied and tested as part of the line.
Information needed for a layout
- Material and dose range.
- Container and closure drawings or samples.
- Label and coding position.
- Target output and staffing plan.
- Available floor space, utilities and line direction.
- Current requirements and future expansion priorities.
Acceptance and delivery
After order and technical confirmation, the actual delivery equipment can be assembled, checked and tested against agreed acceptance items before export wooden-case packing.
