Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory located in Changyuan, Henan, a major machinery and lifting equipment industrial base in China. For overseas buyers, we provide tailored solutions, manufacture products according to the confirmed solution, conduct pre-shipment testing, arrange export packaging and offer after-sales support.
What products do you mainly supply?
We mainly supply compact packaging machines and workshop material handling equipment, including filling machines, capping machines, sealing machines, labeling machines, coding machines, mini conveyors, electric hoists, lifting slings and related spare parts.
How do I know which machine fits my product?
Please send us your material type, viscosity, filling volume, bottle size, cap size, label size and target speed. Our team will recommend a suitable machine or a starter line solution according to your real production needs.
Can you customize voltage and plug?
Yes. We can provide common options such as 110V 60Hz, 220V 50Hz and 230V 50Hz. Please confirm your country, voltage, frequency and plug type before order confirmation.
Can you test the machine before shipment?
Yes. We can provide photos and FAT videos before shipment. For suitable products, we can also test the machine with customer samples or similar materials to confirm filling accuracy, sealing effect and running condition.
How do you protect machines during shipping?
We use reinforced export packing, including foam protection, film wrapping, pallet fixing and wooden crates when required. For international shipments, ISPM 15 compliant wooden packing can be arranged according to destination requirements.
Do you provide CE or food grade documents?
For selected models, we can provide available CE related documents, food contact material information or supplier declarations. Compliance requirements vary by country and application, so please confirm the destination market before ordering.
Do you provide spare parts and after sales support?
Yes. We can provide operation videos, English manuals, online technical guidance and spare parts support. Common wearing parts such as seals, tubes, heating elements, switches and sensors can be supplied according to machine model.
